We make outstanding sandwiches at the West 5—from our classic reuben, made with hand-carved corn beef, and comfortastic BLT, served on rustic Italian Como bread, to our house-favorite sloppy joes, made with lean ground beef, and seared halibut sandwich, tarted up with house-made tartar sauce.

Soups and salads, we firmly believe, can a meal make. Go bowl-size ($5.25 vs. $3.25 cup) and savor the flavor of our soup du jour, tomato basil or chili con carne. All of our scrumptious soups are made entirely from scratch.
On the salad front, might we suggest our West Seattle favorite Cobb? You get fresh organic spring greens topped with bacon, oven-roasted chicken, bleu cheese, tomatoes and deviled eggs.
